# Bygg med Planitude

Ett REST-API, signerade webhooks och en MCP-server: håll dina system synkade med planen, reagera på varje ändring och låt en AI-assistent arbeta med dina projekt.

- **Synka aktiviteter med dina system**: Skapa projekt och aktiviteter från ett CRM, ett ERP eller ett skript, hitta dem igen med ditt eget id via `externalId` och låt schemaläggningsmotorn beräkna datumen.
- **Reagera på varje ändring**: Ta emot en signerad HTTPS-begäran när en aktivitet skapas, slutförs eller flyttas, oavsett om ändringen kommer från appen, API:et, en import eller en AI-assistent.
- **Anslut en AI-assistent**: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor och VS Code läser dina planer och föreslår ändringar via MCP-servern, med dina behörigheter och inget mer.

Begäranden och svar är JSON över HTTPS. Varaktigheter och fördröjningar anges i **arbetsminuter** (en arbetsdag på 8 timmar är 480), tidpunkter är ISO 8601 i UTC och datum utan klockslag är `YYYY-MM-DD`.

### 1. Skapa en API-nyckel

## Autentisering

Autentisera varje begäran med en personlig API-nyckel i headern `Authorization`, som bearer-token. Nycklar är personliga: de agerar som du, med din roll i varje projekt, aldrig mer. Du kan begränsa en nyckel till en arbetsyta, ge den ett utgångsdatum och återkalla den när som helst; varje anrop loggas tillsammans med nyckeln.

Nycklar och OAuth-appar **kan inte radera** projekt eller aktiviteter: radering sker bara i webbappen, där en person bekräftar den. Ett skript som pekar på fel id kan inte radera en plan.

### OAuth 2.1 för tredjepartsappar

Appar som agerar för andras räkning använder OAuth 2.1: auktoriseringskod med PKCE (S256), refresh-token som roteras vid varje användning, dynamisk klientregistrering (RFC 7591). Begär resursen `https://planitude.app/api` och behörighetsomfånget `planitude:read` eller `planitude:write`.

Slutpunkterna publiceras i standardiserade discovery-dokument, så OAuth-bibliotek konfigurerar sig själva.

### God praxis

- Förvara nycklar i miljövariabler eller en hemlighetshanterare, aldrig i kod eller i ett repository. Nycklar börjar med `gnt_`, så att hemlighetsskannrar kan hitta dem.
- Använd en skrivskyddad nyckel när du bara läser, och en nyckel per integration: du kan återkalla en utan att stoppa de andra.
- Ge nycklar som används av skript ett utgångsdatum och rotera dem.
- Anropa API:et från din server, inte från en webbläsare: en nyckel i frontend-kod är en offentlig nyckel.

## Fel

Planitude använder standardiserade HTTP-statuskoder. Fel har alltid samma JSON-struktur: en stabil `error`-kod att grena på och, vid behov, `details` med orsaken eller de fält som ska rättas.

| 409 | `dependency_cycle` | Konflikt med planen, till exempel ett beroende som skulle skapa en cykel (`dependency_cycle`). |
| 429 | `rate_limited` | För många begäranden: vänta det antal sekunder som anges i `Retry-After`. |
| 500 | `server_error` | Något gick fel hos oss: försök igen med exponentiell backoff. |

## Hastighetsbegränsningar

Gränserna gäller per nyckel, i ett glidande fönster på en minut: **240** läsbegäranden och **60** skrivbegäranden. Över gränsen får du `429 rate_limited` med en `Retry-After`-header, i sekunder.

Vänta på `Retry-After` innan du försöker igen, sprid massarbete över tid och gruppera många ändringar i en ändringsuppsättning: upp till 1 000 ändringar i en begäran och en omräkning.

## Paginering och sökning

Aktivitetslistor pagineras med en markör. Ange `limit` (1–500, standard 100) och, för nästa sida, `nextCursor` från föregående svar som `cursor`. När `nextCursor` är `null` finns det inga fler sidor.

Filtrera med `externalId` (exakt matchning på ditt eget id), `q` (namnet innehåller), `updatedSince` och `completed`; sortera med `sort=-number` (nyast först) eller `-updatedAt`. Kortare listor, som projekt, medlemmar och beroenden, returneras i sin helhet i ett enda svar.

## Versionshantering

API:et och webhook-payloads versionshanteras med datum. Den aktuella versionen är `2026-10-01`: den finns i fältet `apiVersion` i varje händelse och i `info.version` i OpenAPI-dokumentet.

Inom en version lägger vi bara till: nya slutpunkter, nya valfria fält, nya händelsetyper. Fält tas aldrig bort eller får ny typ utan en ny version, så ignorera fält du inte känner till.

Creates a subscription. The response contains the signing `secret`: it is shown only once. Aliases accepted for automation platforms: `targetUrl` for `url`, `event` for a single event.

## Webhooks

Webhooks skickar en HTTPS-`POST` med JSON-innehåll till din slutpunkt så snart något ändras, oavsett om ändringen kommer från webbappen, API:et, MCP-servern eller en import. En webhook gäller ett projekt, eller alla projekt i en arbetsyta (ägare och administratörer).

Skapa dem i [Profil → Webhooks](https://planitude.app/sv/app/profile/webhooks) eller med API:et, som REST-hooks: prenumerera med `POST /api/webhooks`, avsluta med `DELETE`. Signeringshemligheten visas bara en gång.

Prenumerera på enskilda händelser, eller på `*` för alla. Alla händelser har samma kuvert; `data` varierar med typen.

### Verifiera signaturer

Varje begäran signeras med HMAC-SHA256 och webhookens hemlighet. Headern `Planitude-Signature` innehåller en tidsstämpel `t` och signaturen `v1`, beräknad på `t`, en punkt och den råa kroppen.

### Omförsök och leverans

Svara med en valfri **2xx** inom 10 sekunder och gör det egentliga arbetet efteråt, i en kö. Omdirigeringar följs inte. Vid fel och timeouts försöker Planitude totalt upp till 6 gånger: direkt, sedan efter 1 min, 5 min, 30 min, 2 h, 12 h.

Leveransen är **minst en gång** och **utan garanterad ordning**. Spara händelse-id:t (`Planitude-Event-Id`, även `id` i kroppen) och hoppa över de du redan har behandlat; ordna efter `createdAt`.

När 5 händelser i rad misslyckas vid alla försök inaktiveras webhooken och dess ägare får ett e-postmeddelande. Ett svar `410 Gone` inaktiverar den direkt. Aktivera den igen från profilen, eller med `PATCH` och `active: true`.

Leveransloggen (status, HTTP-kod, utdrag ur svaret, payload, manuell omsändning) sparas i 30 dagar. Endast offentliga adresser accepteras som mål.

### Testa din slutpunkt

1. Skicka en `webhook.ping`-händelse med testslutpunkten, eller med knappen Testa i profilen.
2. För att ta emot händelser på din dator, exponera din lokala server med en tunnel (till exempel ngrok eller Cloudflare Tunnel) och prenumerera med dess offentliga HTTPS-adress.
