# Xây dựng cùng Planitude

REST API, webhook có chữ ký và máy chủ MCP: giữ các hệ thống của bạn đồng bộ với kế hoạch, phản ứng với mọi thay đổi và để trợ lý AI làm việc trên các dự án của bạn.

- **Đồng bộ tác vụ với hệ thống của bạn**: Tạo dự án và tác vụ từ CRM, ERP hoặc một script, tìm lại chúng bằng id của riêng bạn với `externalId` và để công cụ lập lịch tính các ngày.

Yêu cầu và phản hồi là JSON qua HTTPS. Thời lượng và độ trễ tính bằng **phút làm việc** (một ngày 8 giờ là 480), thời điểm theo ISO 8601 ở UTC, ngày không kèm giờ có dạng `YYYY-MM-DD`.

## Bắt đầu nhanh

Từ con số không đến webhook đầu tiên trong ba bước. Bạn chỉ cần một terminal.

### 1. Tạo khóa API

Mở [Hồ sơ → Khóa API](https://planitude.app/vi/app/profile/api-keys), chọn **Đọc và ghi** rồi sao chép khóa: khóa bắt đầu bằng `gnt_` và chỉ hiển thị một lần. Hãy lưu trong một biến môi trường.

### 3. Nhận một webhook

## Xác thực

Xác thực mọi yêu cầu bằng khóa API cá nhân trong header `Authorization`, dưới dạng bearer token. Khóa là cá nhân: hoạt động như bạn, với vai trò của bạn trên từng dự án, không bao giờ nhiều hơn. Bạn có thể giới hạn khóa trong một không gian làm việc, đặt ngày hết hạn và thu hồi bất cứ lúc nào; mọi lệnh gọi đều được ghi nhật ký cùng khóa.

Khóa và ứng dụng OAuth **không thể xóa** dự án hay tác vụ: việc xóa chỉ thực hiện trong ứng dụng web, nơi một người xác nhận. Một script nhắm sai id không thể xóa sạch kế hoạch.

### OAuth 2.1 cho ứng dụng bên thứ ba

Các ứng dụng hành động thay mặt người khác dùng OAuth 2.1: authorization code với PKCE (S256), refresh token được xoay vòng sau mỗi lần dùng, đăng ký client động (RFC 7591). Hãy yêu cầu tài nguyên `https://planitude.app/api` và phạm vi `planitude:read` hoặc `planitude:write`.

Các endpoint được công bố trong tài liệu khám phá chuẩn, nên các thư viện OAuth tự cấu hình.

### Thực hành tốt

- Giữ khóa trong biến môi trường hoặc trình quản lý bí mật, không bao giờ trong mã hay kho mã. Khóa bắt đầu bằng `gnt_`, nên các trình quét bí mật có thể phát hiện chúng.
- Dùng khóa chỉ đọc khi bạn chỉ đọc, và mỗi tích hợp một khóa: bạn có thể thu hồi một khóa mà không làm dừng các khóa khác.
- Đặt ngày hết hạn cho khóa dùng trong script và xoay vòng chúng.
- Gọi API từ máy chủ của bạn, không phải từ trình duyệt: khóa trong mã front-end là khóa công khai.

## Lỗi

Planitude dùng các mã trạng thái HTTP chuẩn. Lỗi luôn có cùng dạng JSON: một mã `error` ổn định để rẽ nhánh và, khi hữu ích, `details` nêu lý do hoặc các trường cần sửa.

## Giới hạn tốc độ

Giới hạn áp dụng cho từng khóa, trong cửa sổ trượt một phút: **240** yêu cầu đọc và **60** yêu cầu ghi. Khi vượt giới hạn bạn nhận `429 rate_limited` cùng header `Retry-After`, tính bằng giây.

Chờ `Retry-After` trước khi thử lại, dàn trải công việc hàng loạt theo thời gian và gộp nhiều thay đổi vào một bộ thay đổi: tối đa 1.000 thay đổi trong một yêu cầu và một lần tính lại.

## Phân trang và tìm kiếm

Danh sách tác vụ được phân trang bằng con trỏ. Truyền `limit` (1–500, mặc định 100) và, cho trang kế tiếp, `nextCursor` của phản hồi trước làm `cursor`. Khi `nextCursor` là `null` thì không còn trang nào.

Lọc bằng `externalId` (khớp chính xác với id của bạn), `q` (tên có chứa), `updatedSince` và `completed`; sắp xếp bằng `sort=-number` (mới nhất trước) hoặc `-updatedAt`. Các danh sách ngắn hơn, như dự án, thành viên và quan hệ phụ thuộc, được trả về đầy đủ trong một phản hồi.

## Phiên bản

API và payload webhook được đánh phiên bản theo ngày. Phiên bản hiện tại là `2026-10-01`: đó là trường `apiVersion` của mọi sự kiện và `info.version` của tài liệu OpenAPI.

Trong một phiên bản chúng tôi chỉ thêm: endpoint mới, trường tùy chọn mới, loại sự kiện mới. Trường không bao giờ bị gỡ hay đổi kiểu mà không có phiên bản mới, vì vậy hãy bỏ qua các trường bạn không biết.

#### Replace the people assigned to a task

`PUT /api/projects/{projectId}/tasks/{taskId}/assignees` (scope: write)

`userIds` must be members of the project (`GET /members`). An empty list removes everyone. Optional `resourceIds` replaces the people imported from a file (resources without an account) assigned to the task; omit it to leave them as they are.

Creates a subscription. The response contains the signing `secret`: it is shown only once. Aliases accepted for automation platforms: `targetUrl` for `url`, `event` for a single event.

## Webhook

Webhook gửi một `POST` HTTPS với nội dung JSON đến endpoint của bạn ngay khi có gì đó thay đổi, dù thay đổi đến từ ứng dụng web, API, máy chủ MCP hay một lần nhập. Một webhook bao phủ một dự án, hoặc mọi dự án của một không gian làm việc (chủ sở hữu và quản trị viên).

### Xác minh chữ ký

Mỗi yêu cầu được ký bằng HMAC-SHA256 và bí mật của webhook của bạn. Header `Planitude-Signature` chứa dấu thời gian `t` và chữ ký `v1`, tính trên `t`, một dấu chấm và nội dung thô.

Trả lời bằng bất kỳ mã **2xx** nào trong vòng 10 giây và thực hiện công việc thật sau đó, trong một hàng đợi. Chuyển hướng không được theo dõi. Khi có lỗi và hết thời gian chờ, Planitude thử tối đa 6 lần tổng cộng: ngay lập tức, rồi sau 1 min, 5 min, 30 min, 2 h, 12 h.

Việc gửi là **ít nhất một lần** và **không đảm bảo thứ tự**. Lưu id sự kiện (`Planitude-Event-Id`, cũng là `id` trong nội dung) và bỏ qua những sự kiện đã xử lý; sắp xếp theo `createdAt`.

Sau khi 5 sự kiện liên tiếp thất bại ở mọi lần thử, webhook bị vô hiệu hóa và chủ sở hữu nhận một email. Phản hồi `410 Gone` vô hiệu hóa ngay lập tức. Bật lại từ hồ sơ, hoặc bằng `PATCH` với `active: true`.

Nhật ký gửi (trạng thái, mã HTTP, đoạn trích phản hồi, payload, gửi lại thủ công) được giữ 30 ngày. Chỉ chấp nhận địa chỉ công khai làm đích.

### Kiểm thử endpoint của bạn

1. Gửi một sự kiện `webhook.ping` bằng endpoint thử, hoặc nút Thử trong hồ sơ.
2. Để nhận sự kiện trên máy tính của bạn, hãy mở máy chủ cục bộ qua một tunnel (ví dụ ngrok hoặc Cloudflare Tunnel) và đăng ký địa chỉ HTTPS công khai của nó.
3. Mở nhật ký gửi để xem trạng thái, mã HTTP và phản hồi, và gửi lại khi endpoint của bạn đã được sửa.
