Автентифікуйте кожен запит особистим ключем API в заголовку Authorization як токен-носій. Ключі особисті: вони діють від вашого імені з вашою роллю в кожному проєкті, не більше. Ключ можна обмежити одним робочим простором, задати термін дії та відкликати будь-коли; кожен виклик записується в журнал поруч із ключем.

Ключі та застосунки OAuth не можуть видаляти проєкти чи завдання: видалення залишається у вебзастосунку, де його підтверджує людина. Скрипт із неправильним ідентифікатором не зможе стерти план.
OAuth 2.1 для сторонніх застосунків
Застосунки, що діють від імені інших людей, використовують OAuth 2.1: код авторизації з PKCE (S256), токени оновлення, що ротуються при кожному використанні, динамічна реєстрація клієнтів (RFC 7591). Запитуйте ресурс https://planitude.app/api та область доступу planitude:read або planitude:write.
Кінцеві точки опубліковано в стандартних документах виявлення, тож бібліотеки OAuth налаштовуються самі.

Рекомендовані практики
- Зберігайте ключі в змінних середовища або менеджері секретів, ніколи в коді чи репозиторії. Ключі починаються з
gnt_, тож сканери секретів можуть їх виявити. - Використовуйте ключ лише для читання, коли лише читаєте, і один ключ на інтеграцію: один можна відкликати, не зупиняючи решту.
- Задавайте ключам, що використовуються в скриптах, термін дії та ротуйте їх.
- Викликайте API зі свого сервера, а не з браузера: ключ у фронтенд-коді — це публічний ключ.

Planitude використовує стандартні коди статусу HTTP. Помилки завжди мають однакову форму JSON: стабільний код error, за яким можна розгалужувати логіку, і, коли це корисно, details із причиною або полями для виправлення.

Ліміти застосовуються на ключ у ковзному вікні в одну хвилину: 240 запитів на читання та 60 запитів на запис. Після перевищення ліміту ви отримаєте 429 rate_limited із заголовком Retry-After у секундах.
Зачекайте Retry-After перед повторною спробою, розподіляйте масові операції в часі та групуйте багато змін в один набір змін: до 1 000 змін в одному запиті й одному перерахунку.

Списки завдань розбиваються на сторінки за допомогою курсора. Передайте limit (1–500, за замовчуванням 100) і, для наступної сторінки, nextCursor попередньої відповіді як cursor. Якщо nextCursor дорівнює null, більше сторінок немає.
Фільтруйте за externalId (точний збіг із вашим ідентифікатором), q (назва містить), updatedSince і completed; сортуйте за допомогою sort=-number (спочатку найновіші) або -updatedAt. Коротші списки, як-от проєкти, учасники й залежності, повертаються повністю в одній відповіді.

API та корисні навантаження вебхуків версіонуються за датою. Поточна версія — 2026-10-01: це поле apiVersion кожної події та info.version документа OpenAPI.
У межах версії ми лише додаємо: нові кінцеві точки, нові необов’язкові поля, нові типи подій. Поля ніколи не видаляються й не змінюють тип без нової версії, тож ігноруйте поля, яких не знаєте.

Вебхуки
Вебхуки надсилають HTTPS-запит POST із тілом JSON на вашу кінцеву точку, щойно щось змінюється, незалежно від того, надходить зміна з вебзастосунку, API, сервера MCP чи імпорту. Вебхук охоплює один проєкт або всі проєкти робочого простору (власники й адміністратори).
Створюйте їх у Профіль → Вебхуки або через API як REST-хуки: підписка через POST /api/webhooks, скасування підписки через DELETE. Секрет підпису показується лише один раз.
Кожен запит містить такі заголовки:

Кожен запит підписується HMAC-SHA256 із секретом вашого вебхука. Заголовок Planitude-Signature містить позначку часу t і підпис v1, обчислений над t, крапкою та необробленим тілом.

Відповідайте будь-яким кодом 2xx протягом 10 с і виконуйте реальну роботу пізніше, в черзі. Перенаправлення не відстежуються. У разі помилок і тайм-аутів Planitude робить до 6 спроб загалом: негайно, потім через 1 min, 5 min, 30 min, 2 h, 12 h.
Доставка відбувається принаймні один раз і без гарантії порядку. Зберігайте ідентифікатор події (Planitude-Event-Id, також id у тілі) і пропускайте вже оброблені; впорядковуйте за createdAt.
Якщо 5 подій поспіль не вдається доставити за жодної спроби, вебхук вимикається, а його власник отримує лист. Відповідь 410 Gone вимикає його одразу. Увімкніть його знову в профілі або через PATCH і active: true.
