Planitude on Telegram

- Available
- Free, included in every account
What it does
Telegram: your projects in a chat
Link your account and ask in plain language: “How are we doing?”, “What is late?”, “Will we finish on time?”. The Planitude AI assistant answers in the chat, about the projects you can see and with your role. From Telegram you only check: changes are made in the app.
Where it helps
- Check how the project is doing before a meeting, from your phone.
- Find out what is late or due this week while you are on site or travelling.
- Ask whether the project will finish on time, in your own language.

Requirements
- Plan
- Free. Every integration is included in every Planitude account.
- Who can connect it
- Anyone with access to a project: owner, editor or viewer. The bot sees the same projects with the same role.
- What you need
- A Telegram account. Each Planitude account links one Telegram account.
Good to know
- Read-only: from Telegram you check your plans; changes are made in Planitude, and the bot replies with a link to the project.
- Text messages in private chats only: the bot does not join groups and does not write to you unprompted.
- Questions to the AI assistant share the daily limit with the app; /status and /projects do not count.
- The chat ID is stored encrypted and the text of your messages never ends up in the logs. Unlinking from your Profile or sending /stop deletes the link and the conversation immediately.
Frequently asked questions about Telegram
Can I change tasks from Telegram?
No. The Telegram bot is read-only: it answers questions and shows the project status. To change dates, progress or assignments, open the project in Planitude from the link in the reply.
Will the bot send me notifications?
No. The bot only answers your messages. For deadlines use the morning email or the calendar link; for team updates use Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Do the integrations cost anything?
No. Every integration is included in Planitude, which is free. You only need your own access to the other tool (for example a Jira, Slack or Microsoft 365 account) under its own terms.
