An add-in draws the Gantt chart on a slide with native, editable shapes and refreshes it in one click. Coming soon.
Coming soon: this page describes how the integration will work. Today you can achieve the same result with the REST API and webhooks.
What it does
A PowerPoint add-in draws the project’s Gantt chart on a slide with native shapes, which stay editable, and refreshes it from Planitude data without touching the rest of the slide.
From Planitude to Microsoft PowerPoint
Setup
From PowerPoint’s Add-ins, add Planitude Gantt. It works in PowerPoint for the web, for Windows and for Mac.
Sign in with your Planitude account and choose the project to show.
The Gantt chart appears on the slide. When the plan changes, one click on Refresh redraws the chart without touching the rest of the slide.

Yes. They are PowerPoint rectangles, diamonds, lines and text boxes: you can change their colors and text like any other shape.
Refreshing only redraws the Gantt chart inserted by the add-in: titles, notes and the other elements on the slide stay as they are.
No. Every integration is included in Planitude, which is free. You only need your own access to the other tool (for example a Jira, Slack or Microsoft 365 account) under its own terms.
From the app's page in the project, with Disconnect, at any time. Nothing is deleted: tasks stay in Planitude, issues and messages stay in the other tool. Connected AI apps are revoked from Profile → API keys.
